How it works

Build smart segments
Section titled “Build smart segments”Create user segments based on conversation behavior — not just clicks and page views. Target users who asked about specific features, expressed purchase intent, or went inactive after a certain topic.
Send contextual emails
Section titled “Send contextual emails”Compose email campaigns that reference what users actually care about. Growl dynamically personalizes subject lines, body content, and CTAs based on each user’s conversation history.
